Well it's my 6th session and I'm going to be honest I didn't see much of a change from this week to last week, and I couldn't figure out why. Tips to Maximize YOUR RESULTS!
Do not eat 2 hours before and 2 hours after treatment
Drink lots of water the day of treatment
Participate in 20 minutes of brisk exercise within 2 hours post treatment.
Eat a low card diet the days of treatment.
The last two times I didn't do 20 minutes of exercise and I ate within 45 min. I may still have had results but they have been minimual. So today I followed all the steps and I'm excited to see what my results are.
