
I am going to post a video or a post about my progress as we go through this process the next 4 weeks (amount of sessions will be different per person). Here is some events from my first session today. I can not believe I am going to post pics of my stomach ONLINE!!!!

I will post what I'm eating or doing for exercise. Remember I'm not one to change my habits. LipoLaser isn't a diet, so you don't have to change your habits unless you want to. They do ask that 2 hours after treatment you do some cardio for 20 min. You don't have to run or jog, just elevate your heart rate to help the fat cells break down and start leaving your body. Results have shown to happen faster if you do 20 min of walking 3 times a week. So I will try to work that in to my schedule.
Treatments should be done 2 or 3 times a week. My next session is Saturday and we will remeasure and see if we can tell yet! Thanks for joining along in my journey!

you've got a bulgy stomach..what happened to that? proper toning and proper diet will do..its really the best way..though its a long process but its worth it..
