Quick 20 min workout!!

I want results!!! Doing a quick 20 min brisk walk getting my heart rate to 135! Posting results tomorrow before my next treatment! If you need help with figuring what would be the best heart rate for you make sure to do research and consult your doctor if you have any heart related issues.
Below also is a graph to help you know where your heart rate should be and we like the walking site if you need to learn how to figure out where your heart rate should be.
